Jennifer has been a very close friend of ours for the past 13 years and Adrian joined her in Marriage quite a few years ago...(forgive me Jen for not knowing)
Well Jennifer called me up one day "RANDOM" like she usually does and said hey Vic
can you come to Texas to shoot my wedding? I'm thinking to myself, ummm I thought you were already married, but I didn't say anything, I just immediately said sure!
Normally I fly out to San Antonio at least once a year to do all of their special moments in their lives. Big ego booster for me that she trusts me enough to capture all those moments. While being there for so many years I have picked up quite a few clients, so every time I head that way, Jen sets everything up for the other clients that want me to capture their memories.
Ok so onto the wedding...so Steven and I decide that he is going to take a vacation and go out there with me for a week! Woo Hoo...I love when we go places together. It also gave him some time to get to know Adrian and boy did those two hit it off! I knew they would though. Well during the week we went to several places like the River walk and the Alamo etc...but that was only one day. All the other days I was shooting. But I loved it! Jennifer's kids are like my nieces and nephew so I love spending time with them. So long story short we had a great week and brought home so many wonderful treasured memories of our own.
We're all a little weird. And life is a little weird. And when we find someone whose weirdness is compatible with ours, we join up with them and fall into mutually satisfying weirdness - and call it love - true love.
